ATM

  1. Visit any HSBC ATM machine in Hong Kong SAR to use the HSBC ATM bill payment service.
  2. Click on “Transfer”.
  3. Key in 848-412888-838 for option “Ayers Alliance Securities (HK) Limited – Client A/C” and press “Enter”.
  4. Select the account you wish to transfer from.
  5. Key in the amount you wish to transfer.
  6. Since the daily transfer limit setup varies with different HSBC account holders, you can confirm this at any HSBC branch.

Customer Service Counter

  1. Visit any HSBC branch in Hong Kong SAR.
  2. Quote your Payment Reference Number with your account number and account name when making a deposit.
  3. If depositing a cheque, the cheque should be issued to “Ayers Alliance Securities (HK) Limited – Client A/C”. Stating clearly your account number and account name on back of the cheque. Third party cheque payments are not accepted.

CHATs/TT Remittance

  1. Arrange CHATS / TT remittance with any bank.
  2. The payment should be made payable to “Ayers Alliance Securities (HK) Limited – Client A/C”. Account number 848-412888-838.
  3. Quote your Payment Reference Number with your account number and account name when making a deposit.
  4. Third party payments are not accepted.

Internet Banking

  1. When making a deposit via HSBC’s internet banking service for the first time, click on “View & Pay Bill”, then add “Ayers Alliance Securities (HK) Limited – Client A/C” as the “Payee Name” and your trading account number as the “Bill Account Number”.
  2. For first time users, please remember to set up “Transaction Limit Control” under the “Other Services” section.

Fund Withdrawal

FUND WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTION


Clients should give their withdrawal instructions before the daily cut-off time (Trading day from Monday – Friday, on or before 11:00am) via the following channels :

  1. Contact your Account Executive(s)
  2. Our Customers Services Hotline at (852) 2593 6555
  3. After filling the Fund Withdrawal Instruction form and fax to us at (852) 3012 9634

REMARKS: All late withdrawal instructions will be handled the next working day

Our Company will issue a crossed cheque and deposit directly to clients’ designated bank accounts but limited to the following bank accounts (clients should open bank accounts at the following banks for settlement) in the afternoon after received withdrawal instructions from clients:

  • The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited
  • Hang Seng Bank Limited
  • OCBC Wing Hang Bank Limited
  • Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited
  • Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited
  • Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited

Clients may request for withdrawal via telegraphic transfer to overseas banks. Clients should bear the cost of telegraphic transfer handling fee charged by banks and should fully understand the risk of delay that may caused by telegraphic transfer.
